Located in Southern California, Lori is a certified SLS instructor in the Inland empire and is happy to schedule a lesson for you.

As a Speech Level Singing Instructor she has trained under Seth Riggs and his SLS associates. As a certified instructor she is continually training to ensure you get the freshest insight and teaching to improve the gift you have been given. Be careful if you read a teacher has “taken” lessons from an SLS instructor but is not certified they are not continually being trained to best hear and apply the SLS technique.

Lori toured worldwide as a former Citrus Singer under Ben D. Bollinger, of the Candelight Pavilion Dinner Theatre. Musical  shows “42^nd St.”  “A Chorus Line”, “Evita”, and “Brigadoon”.  Lori has also performed in numerous musical revues.  This combined with her experience in both live band settings and in the recording studio helps her to apply her skills to all styles of singing. 

Whether teaching professionals in the music industry, people desiring to serve the Lord in worship  or young children discovering their love for  music, Lori is passionate and dedicated to the success of her students.

As an SLS instructor she is dedicated to you experiencing the correct way to transition through the different “bridges” or passage ways in your voice.  While singing up through these bridges and making these transitions without doing damage to our vocal chords is our goal as singers. Often time we pull our chest voice quality far into where our head voice begins and therefore pull up the larynx (small area behind adams apple where vocal chords are housed).  Lori’s goal  is to help you sing with a low and stable larynx without putting undo stress on your vocal chords, for excellent vocal health in singing.

Lori is a dynamic teacher and is dedicated to inspire her students to reach for musical excellence.  In developing their musical skills, broadening their knowledge and strengthening their commitment; her passion is to see each of her students use their unique gifts in their preferred style of singing.

Although experienced in theatre, live bands and in the recording studio environments, her heart and passion will continue to be for churches and serving the Lord through song. 

Each lesson will be recorded onto CD for you to take home and practice.

Vocal Guidelines 

I am honored to be able to help in your journey of discovering your gifts and furthering your talents. 

Policies:

• 24 hour notice is required for canceling a lesson otherwise I will have to charge you for that lesson.

• If 24 hour notice is given or if I have to cancel a particular lesson I will deduct it from the next months tuition.

• Please direct all vocal calls to our business number at 909-981-9031 in order to assure message is received.

• Payment is due on the first lesson of each month. Payment made by cash or check made out to Dunamis Recording Services.

• Please bring a blank CD-R to each lesson, or if you would like you can put your name on a pack and keep them here, they will be used only for your lessons.
