Lori Kibbe, CFO & Vocal Instructor

Lori has been teaching for 10 years and is currently training and a certified instructor with the Speech Level Singing organization under Seth Riggs.  World renowned singing coach for Stevie Wonder, Micahel Jackson, Natalie Cole and countless others working professionals.

Lori toured worldwide as a former Citrus Singer trained under Ben Bollinger of the Candlelight Pavilion Dinner Theatre.  As a music performance major she performed in such shows as “42^nd Street”, “Brigadoon”, “Evita” and “A Chorus Line” before pursuing her love for teaching. 

Lori feels however that singing is more than just learning skills. It is about who we are. Singing is the most personalized of all musical instruments because we are the instrument.

Many people have a deep desire to sing in their local church and yet lack the basic skills to really achieve that calling. Lori's main goal is to equip those who so desire to serve the Lord with not only a grasp of the skills vocally needed but also spiritually.

Vocals in Worship

Singing in a worship and praise environment is much different than in a typical band. To disappear from being the focal point and put the focus on Jesus should be one of the primary outcomes of worship. Drawing attention to ourselves is more aprapoe for the rock star, not the worshiper. Our vocal training is designed to help those seeking to become worshipers and to enable the student to encourage others to a place of true worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

In perusing this goal scriptural word studies that examine what it means to be a worshiper and in leading others to worship the Lord is optional.  This helps the student grow spiritually as well as skillfully.
